At BEENAS, each garment is carefully crafted and prepared to ensure the highest standards of quality before dispatch.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business weeks from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may involve handcrafted detailing, processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or collection launches.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
International Orders: 2–3 business weeks
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped through reputed domestic and international courier partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your shipment through the respective courier partner's website.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other government-imposed fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
BEENAS is not responsible for any additional charges levied by customs authorities in the destination country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.
If the billing address and shipping address are different, the correct details must be entered during checkout. Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
BEENAS shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, certain products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
In such cases, our team will promptly notify the customer. If the ordered item cannot be fulfilled, the order may be cancelled and any amount paid for that specific item will be refunded.
The maximum liability of BEENAS in such circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the unavailable product.
Delays Beyond Our Control
BEENAS shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, government restrictions, or courier service interruptions.
