No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products purchased from BEENAS.

As many of our products are produced in limited quantities and handled with strict quality standards, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product descriptions, size guides, measurements, and product images carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final.

BEENAS does not provide refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or reimbursements under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Personal preference regarding fit, fabric, color, design, or style
• Orders placed by mistake
• Delayed delivery caused by courier or logistics partners
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to read product descriptions or sizing information before purchase

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing all product details prior to placing an order.

As a result, requests for size exchanges, style exchanges, color exchanges, or product swaps will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective due to a manufacturing fault, or different from the item ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To report an issue, please contact our customer support team with:

• Order number
• Full name used while placing the order
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• Images of the packaging received

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Upon review, BEENAS reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is valid and what resolution, if any, will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

BEENAS shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or other customer-provided information.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Any additional charges incurred due to refusal of delivery may be deducted from future orders where applicable.
